• Responsible for supporting Workday programs, including HCM, FIN, and SCM solutions. • Ensures data integrity, security, and process efficiency. • Collaborates with departments for functional requirements and system builds. • Maintains and supports Workday functional modules. • Develops testing plans and user acceptance testing. • Troubleshoots Workday system issues and recommends solutions. • Participates in change management and training development.
• Workday certification required in Workday Administrator, Financial Functional Lead, or Procurement Functional Lead. • Two (2) years’ experience building and supporting Workday solutions required, preferably in a healthcare environment or strong functional knowledge of Workday related business processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience working with a variety of business functional areas such as payroll, finance and supply chain.
