🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of product management or similar experience, preferably with building and growing SaaS applications and Networks, with a track record of setting a vision, exciting and leading teams. • Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships with colleagues and partners and building influence within an organization brimming with strong opinions and deep expertise. • Strong interpersonal skills: must be sharp, energetic, outspoken, and results-oriented; able to prioritize and focus in a constantly evolving environment. • Problem-solving abilities: You're proactive in identifying issues, and you're methodical in creating solutions that address both short-term fixes and long-term stability. • Demonstrated ability to gather and deeply understand user feedback and then amplify that learning and present trade-offs to the organization. • Strong change management skills including sorting through ambiguity and a positive mindset about change • An analytical mindset and the aptitude to partner with Engineering on more technical projects • You leverage data to prioritize investments and make informed decisions that maximize impact. • Experience with escalation management.
