Description

• The Retail Network team aims to grow the product data network. • Lead the technical consulting and configuration for projects. • Partner with Project Managers for timely project delivery. • Understand customers' business models for effective implementations. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams for customer success. • Drive positive experiences with stakeholders and improve efficiencies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Tech Consultancy, Software Implementation, ERP Consultancy, or related experience. • Experience leading multi-phased technical implementations. • Excellent communication skills to keep customer and internal stakeholders updated. • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects. • Passion for making customers successful. • Problem-solving capability with different approaches. • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly. • Confidence in driving solutions autonomously. • Excellent Excel skills. • Proven track record in operational efficiency and process improvement. • Flexibility to take meetings until 7pm for US-based customers. • Bonus: Experience in Retail/SaaS, data integration, Javascript, SQL, or global environments.
