• 8+ years of experience in event strategy, trade show management, and corporate event planning, preferably in a SaaS-based B2B technology company. • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex logistics, and drive alignment across departments. • Expertise in budget management, cost optimization, and financial reconciliation. • Strong ability to strategically problem-solve and make real-time decisions under pressure. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs. • Expected travel: 25% but may increase / fluctuate based on business needs
