Description
• Active participation in all phases of the project, covering the Finance, Sales, Stocks and Purchase modules. • Analysis of existing systems. • Treatment and support of customer requests. • Implementation of tests, parameters and deployment on the sites. • Continuous support and training of end-users (on site and remotely).
Requirements
• Degree in IT or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a functional ERP analyst in Sage X3. • Rigorous, autonomous with a spirit of analysis and synthesis and an excellent relational skills. • Excellent understanding of ERP system architecture and ability to work with technical teams to adapt technology to the specific needs of the company. • Strong analysis, listening and synthesis skills to effectively translate users' needs into viable technical solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication, essential for the training and support of financial users as well as for coordination with internal teams and contracting parties. • Fluency in French and English is a requirement.
