Description

Requirements
• 3-5 years of legal experience with a strong foundation in UK law • Experience working in M&A at a law firm is a plus • Broad knowledge in corporate and commercial contracting • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Flexibility to work with teams across various locations • Experience in the water market or infrastructure sectors is a plus • Agile, proactive, pragmatic and adaptable personality
