Description

• Lead product strategy and execution for Video-Based Safety business • Manage and develop a team of Product Managers • Work with engineering teams to launch new software features • Gather customer feedback and prioritize feature development • Define metrics to track and refine customer experience • Partner with Sales team to close strategic customer accounts • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles • Hire, develop, and lead an engaged team • Present to customers and internal audiences • Drive teams to ship features on tight timelines

Requirements

• Experience in senior product leadership role in high growth software development • Strong technical understanding • Bias-to-action and hands-on experience • Experience setting strategy for complex technical areas • Hiring, developing, and leading people as a direct manager • Excellent communication skills • Ability to drive diverse teams to ship features • 10+ years of relevant job experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field • Product management experience in IoT and/or vertically integrated hardware+software stack • Familiarity with B2B SaaS products and working with sales teams • Entrepreneurial experience
