🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years managing teams of engineers • Proven expertise in developing embedded software applications • Proven track record of applying best practices in development, testing, and deployment • Demonstrated ability to spearhead strategic initiatives and influence without direct authority • Strong experience in project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously using agile development methods • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and improving release processes • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale changes while maintaining team productivity and engagement during transitions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
