📋 Description
• Lead and grow the global Security Operations team; ensure security alerts are acknowledged and resolved • Act as Incident Commander during high-severity incidents • Refine and implement security processes and oversee a team of engineers • Review alert quality and develop security metrics for continuous improvement • Spearhead quarterly security initiatives for strengthening operations • Advise leadership on critical security capabilities
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experience in security incident management and experience managing a security incident response team • Deep understanding of security event triage, escalation, investigation, and resolution. • Experience with alert triage, acting as an incident commander during security incident response and coordinating across teams to drive incidents to closure • Excellent and concise verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership • Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to mentor and grow staff • Experience with leading projects and identifying KPIs • Ability to work flexible hours and be on call for potential security incidents
