Description

• Our Research and Development team takes real-time signals from our IoT devices. • As an Engineering Manager at Samsara, you will lead teams to develop impactful features. • You’ll hire and develop your team, define project plans and roadmaps. • We use Golang for our backend and Typescript, React for our web client. • This is a remote position open to candidates based in Poland.

Requirements

• Experience building scalable, mission-critical SaaS applications. • Experience operating, maintaining, and improving upon large scale application services. • Strong interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing). • Strong track record of delivering products and features that customers love. • Proven record of attracting top-talent and coaching the team. • 8+ years of relevant software engineering work experience. • 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience. • You speak English proficiently.
