Description

• Work with product managers, designers, firmware and infra engineers to architect, build, test and deliver full stack features across front-end, back-end and mobile. • Be responsible for maintaining the production systems that your team owns and provide operational support. • Help build the culture of the team and make it an enjoyable place to work. • Solve problems that enable our product for our global customers. • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience in software development • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience • Strong programming/coding and design fundamentals • Experience in building and deploying software to cloud providers such as AWS, GCP or Azure • Experience with the Go, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages • Experience in developing, deploying and maintaining distributed, highly scalable software • Demonstrated ability to help develop the technical mastery of our newer engineering team members • A desire to solve complex problems and continuously improve our systems as new, exciting use cases present themselves.
