Description

• Samsara is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the BLE platform for mobile products. • You will be responsible for the success of new products and features. • Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless integration with hardware products. • Improve mobile application architecture and development processes. • Mentor junior developers and enhance the team's capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience in mobile development for iOS and/or Android. • Has built and shipped high-quality production mobile applications using either native or React Native frameworks. • Professional experience building BLE-enabled mobile applications to interface with hardware products. • Experience building and using observability tools, frameworks, and standards. • Strong leadership skills driving projects and working cross-functionally. • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive independent work. • Passion for exploring and experimenting with new technologies that improve our products for customers. • An ideal candidate also has: • Experience leading projects from concept to launch. • Ownership mentality. • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work autonomously to figure things out.
