• 5+ years of experience in content, product, and/or demand generation marketing • Fluent in English with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Strong public speaking skills • Proven record of producing high-quality content for demand-generation in Canada • Ability to travel domestically and attend trade shows and other field events • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects • Self-starter: A highly motivated professional who requires minimal supervision and shows initiative with ideas that support marketing strategy and goals • Business French fluency is a plus • A good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journeys • Expertise in B2B marketing tech stacks, including Salesforce, Marketo, and On24, is a plus • Passion for experimentation, measurement, and optimization
