• Own the strategy & long-term roadmap for Samsara’s portfolio of products across EMEA • Drive the execution of that strategy, delivering solutions that delight our customers • Champion the needs of customers across EMEA by understanding their pain points • Be an expert in macroeconomic and industry trends across EMEA • Partner with go-to-market sales teams to turn customer pain points into product concepts • Contribute to improving the practice of product management at Samsara • Enable sales teams by developing sales training programs and product marketing messaging • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally
• 6-8+ years in a product management or management consulting role • Proven track-record of setting long-term product strategy & roadmaps, and delivering products that delight customers • Strong analytical skills and an ability to make data-driven conclusions and set quantifiable KPIs to justify product decisions • Bias-to-action and a proven track-record of delivering outstanding results for customers & the business on tight timelines • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
