•Samsung SDS America drives next-generation solutions with its eProcurement SaaS product, Caidentia. •You will define the global product strategy, roadmap, and vision for the eProcurement platform. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a product aligned with customer needs. •Work closely with the product development team in South Korea for a cohesive roadmap. •Ideal candidate has expertise in SaaS, particularly procurement, ERP, or supply chain technology. •Lead a team of product managers and designers, fostering a collaborative culture.

Requirements

•15+ years of industry experience, including 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS technology. •Proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise-level software products. •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. •Knowledge of procurement processes and industry best practices. •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and customer feedback into actionable strategies. •Strong understanding of product development processes and SaaS technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams. •Demonstrated experience in gathering customer insights and translating them into successful product features and improvements. •Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with C-level executives, customers, and external partners. •Leadership experience, with a knack for mentoring and guiding teams in a dynamic environment. •Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. •Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset. •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. •Willingness and ability to travel within the US, as well as abroad up to 35%. •Must be based in the US and able to work for any employer without restrictions.
