• The position is multifaceted and encompasses a combination of Business Analyst responsibilities such as gathering requirements from stakeholders, creating specifications, developing user stories, and conducting demos, along with Project Manager duties such as implementing development processes, approaches, and task tracking tools, ensuring on-time delivery, improving information flow and product feedback loops, managing stakeholder relations and balancing competing interests. Additionally, there are some pre-sale tasks involved such as running discovery workshops for potential clients, gathering requirements, creating an initial project outline, and assisting with time and effort estimates. Overall, the role has complete end-to-end responsibility for product or service implementation.
• min 2 years of previous experience as a developer or a QA • min 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project or Program manager or similar in a complex environment • strong communication and relationship management skills • change management skills • sufficient business analyst proficiency (requirements elicitation, user story/spec writing, task decomposition, etc) • very good people management skills and overall interest to pursue people management path • fluent English
