• The role it two-fold and comprises some responsibilities of a Business Analyst (in terms of collecting requirements from stakeholders, creating specifications, user stories, running demos) and those a Project Manager: implementing development processes, approaches and task tracking tools, ensure timely deliverables, improve information flow and product feedback loop, liaise with stakeholders and balance interests.
• min 3 years of previous experience as a developer or a QA • min 5 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project or Program manager or similar in a complex environment • strong communication and relationship management skills • change management skills • sufficient business analyst proficiency (requirements elicitation, user story/spec writing, task decomposition, etc) • very good people management skills and overall interest to pursue people management path • fluent English
