• Assist the Program Management Office and IT Leadership team with project management support. • Lead the IT workstream for companywide ERP program. • Manage readiness for ERP implementation planning and ongoing support. • Prepare materials for Steering Committee and Board of Directors. • Organize, facilitate, and document meetings. • Own overall project plan and manage cross-functional resources. • Liaison between cross functional teams such as product development, IT, and operations. • Manage the program’s budget, risks, and issues. • Facilitate change management processes.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of project and/or program management expertise. • Experience in implementing ERP systems, preferably Oracle, within the oil and gas industry. • Direct hands-on experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheet, and Visio. • Strong knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques. • Understanding of IT systems unique to the Oil and Gas industry. • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals. • Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills. • Superior oral and written communication skills. • Strong analytics and reporting skills. • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems. • Ability to process information quickly and present it succinctly.
