📋 Description

• Sandis is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team remotely, ideally in the SF Bay Area. • In this role, you will assist in creating proposal content and implementing Sandis branding for various public and private clients. • We're seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under tight deadlines. • If you're looking for an engaging and creative role with growth potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the AEC industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with business development processes • Ability to read and interpret RFP/RFQs • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign • Familiarity with project management databases like Deltek and Ajera • Experience working with CRM software, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, web analytics, and content management tools • Understanding of SEO and SEM campaigns • Availability for occasional travel
