• Develop innovative algorithms for talking head synthesis, including but not limited to facial animation, lip-syncing from audio, and emotion rendering. • Conduct rigorous experimental research to understand the nuances of facial dynamics and their applications in AI. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced models into practical applications and products. • Stay abreast of industry trends, research developments, and emerging technologies in talking head synthesis and related fields. • Publish research findings in top-tier journals and conferences. • Mentor junior researchers and engineers, providing guidance on project design and implementation strategies. • Prototype and iterate on models quickly, using both theoretical knowledge and practical implementation skills.

Requirements

• PhD or relevant experience in Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on computer vision, machine learning, or multimedia processing. • Proven experience in deep learning, specifically generative models such as GANs, VAEs, and neural rendering techniques. • Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or related fields. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills. • Experience with software development tools (Git, Docker) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
