Requirements

• EMEA-Based Legal Expertise in contract law, vendor management, and business risk assessment. • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements, i.e., MSAs (Master Service Agreements), Scope of Works (SOWs), MOUs, and NDAs. • Proven experience dealing with IP, patent, and disclosure protection law. Preference for candidates with experience supporting companies in the technology and AI space • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple legal tasks for internal and external consumers globally. • Strong organizational and communication skills.
