• Create innovative solutions for commercial transactions, compliance programs, and staff training. • Draft and negotiate commercial contracts. • Evaluate risk and compliance levels of business operations. • Manage commercial risk and entity structuring. • Ensure compliance with data protection laws. • Maintain corporate compliance and records. • Register trademarks and patents worldwide. • Develop and test automated interactive tech solutions for legal & compliance products.

Requirements

• A law degree • 5 to 7 years experience working for a boutique law firm or startup • Relevant experience in Corporate Law, Employment Law, Data Protection Law, or Intellectual Property Law • Project Management experience in executing projects from start to finish and on time. • Proficient in G-Suite tools such as Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs • Robocop Mindset: Curious about the intersection of law and technology • Magician Mindset: Things are never what they seem • Spartan Mindset: You don't give up.
