Description

• As a Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for a set of products within an industry domain. • Lead design activities and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, by collaborating with the domain Product Managers, Business Analysts, Data Scientist & Developers • Creating and maintaining design libraries and documentation • Test and iterate on designs to improve the user experience • Present and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders and users • Gather and evaluate user requirements, by facilitating workshop sessions • Participating in cross-functional initiatives, such as product strategy and marketing • Ensure that designs meet business goals and technical constraints • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems • Developing and implementing design processes and workflows • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies • Considering the ethical implications of design decisions, and designing products and services that are responsible and beneficial to society • Lead user research activities such as: user interviews, focus groups, surveys and usability testing • Conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points, and using this information to inform design decisions • Developing and maintaining user personas • Creating and using user journey maps • Conducting competitive analysis • Advocating for user-centred design

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, with a track record of successfully bringing products to life in a dynamic environment • Product experience with B2B products and relationships • Strong understanding of product design methodologies and tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis • Project design skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams • Expertise in agile development methodologies • An inclination towards action and clarity
