• Field Marketing Manager, DACH and Central/Eastern Europe is responsible for improving revenue via brand awareness building and lead generation. • To manage B2B, B2C, and awareness campaigns across DACH and Central/Eastern European regions. • Build media partnerships, and experiment with new marketing activities targeting SANS audiences (C-levels, security practitioners), as well as grow the SANS list and reach.
• Bachelors or master’s degree in Marketing. • Fluency both verbally and written in English and German. • 5-6 years’ Marketing experience of which 2-3 years in B2B Field Marketing. • Excellent knowledge in marketing, sales, and promotion, coupled with a creative mindset and being hands-on. • Proven knowledge and experience in the DACH region, including the development and execution of marketing activities tailored to the region. • Experience delivering, accelerating and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing activities. • Proven track record of delivering results and achieving on time and on budget delivery. • Understanding of lead generation best practices. • Direct experience working with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo (or similar) and Salesforce.com. • PC literate with good MS Office skills. • Self-starter who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills. • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment, utilizing digital communication and collaboration tools. • Ability to use own initiative and work independently. • Able to work in high pressure situations and deadline driven. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Good time management skills. • Highly organised and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time. • Excellent attention to detail. • Possess strong communications skills to communicate globally across marketing and other departments. • Willingness to travel as required. • Strong research skills. • Experience in CEE region. • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau. • Background and/or interest in Cyber Security.
