📋 Description
• Analyze quality data and report findings in Daily Quality Management meetings • Work with the customer directly to gather additional information about defects and provide resolutions to customer issues • Track, analyze, and document quality data to make sure issues get corrected for product health • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback about defects and implement corrective actions • Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to solve problems, continuously improve quality, and improve overall student learning • Other duties as required
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a role that required leadership skills to influence/manage people with or without direct reports • Familiarity with Microsoft office products and Smartsheet • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma tools such as 5 Whys and Root Cause Countermeasure • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Green Belt Certified • Familiarity with ServiceNow
