Description
• Manage and mentor junior designers, interns, and freelancers • Oversee quality control on all designs and materials • Design and produce collateral, including books, brochures, presentations, and digital media • Edit photos, videos, and web content • Develop and maintain brand guidelines • Design press packs, magazine layouts, and social media content • Assist with award entries and internal communication collateral
Requirements
• Graphic Design degree/diploma • 7-10 Years experience in an in-house, creative environment • Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • 20 Mbps minimum internet Connectivity
