🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in security operations, incident response, or a related field. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable. • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with security platforms, including Microsoft Sentinel, Azure security technologies, firewalls, and other security infrastructure. • Incident Response: Proven track record in leading and managing security incident response processes, including detection, containment, and remediation. • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a security operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive threat mitigation. • Security Engineering: Strong background in designing, building, and managing security platforms and infrastructure. • Threat Detection: Expertise in developing and optimizing security monitoring, detection, and response strategies, with a focus on leveraging advanced security tools and automation. • Collaboration Skills: Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT, DevOps, and business teams to align security operations with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues. • Adaptability: Ability to stay current with evolving security threats, technologies, and industry trends.
