Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the Financial Services Industry (FSI), demonstrating strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with S/4HANA FPSL or SAP Bank Analyzer AFI. • Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA FPSL, effectively leveraging available business content. • Experience with Fioneer Financial Services Data Management (FSDM), Fioneer Financial Control, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or SAP Group Reporting is considered a plus. • Extensive knowledge of finance and accounting functions within banking and/or insurance sectors, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory standards. • Strong grasp of accounting processes and how they integrate within financial solutions. • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in German is a plus but not essential. • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-centric approach to foster robust client relationships. • Willingness to travel as necessary to support client projects and engagements. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating leadership and mentoring capabilities, particularly for more senior roles. • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide tailored solutions to client needs.
