• Act as a trusted advisor in the banking industry • Identify technical challenges and propose business value • Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels • Guide engagement approach based on interdependencies within customer organization • Create and close opportunities to extend the platform

Requirements

• Over 8 years of work experience providing innovative solutions to banks • Proven software sales experience • Strong network of connections with Bank Finance executives in the DACH Region • Consultative sales approach with hands-on project experience • Skills in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders • Strong business acumen and solution selling focus • Ability to articulate return on investment of solutions • Fluent in German and English
