Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in talent acquisition • Demonstrated success in recruiting tech and development roles (AI, ML, ERP) • A comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition and sourcing strategies • The ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders • The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic work environment • Fluency in Serbian and English; German is an advantage
