Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Advanced degrees are a plus. • Technical Expertise: Must be proficient using BI platforms, Power BI preferred. • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other operational platforms is a bonus. • Experience: 3+ years in a data analysis or similar role, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment. • Must have experience providing analytical insights relating to a sales pipeline and service delivery. • Ideally experienced in Pharma / Healthcare roles. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. • Soft Skills: Strong communication and storytelling abilities—presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
