📋 Description
• Sarwa is a remote-first team providing investment and personal finance services. • The Product Manager guides design, development, and strategy of products. • Responsibilities include market research, managing product releases, and squad management.
🎯 Requirements
• A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product across its lifecycle as a Product Manager in a tech company (ideally a startup) • Knowledge using analytic tools (e.g. Amplitude, Metabase) • Excellent communication skills - you can clearly convey complex or technical ideas to a range of stakeholders • A systems-thinking mentality - your scientific mindset allows you to understand the intricacies of systems, and you can always see the whole picture • The attitude and mindset to do whatever it takes to make your team and product successful. You'll never say; That's not my job. • A drive to challenge the status quo you use creativity to challenge and disrupt it • A solid background in financial services and solutions (this is a plus) • A technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies (this is a plus)
