Description

• Play a critical role in improving user experience and Operations Team processes • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related problems faced by users • Select and create tools and documentation to improve troubleshooting • Read and understand codebase • Possess a strong understanding of React framework and/or Python (ideally Django) • Communicate directly with non-technical staff and clients • Problem solve and translate diagnosed problems into suitable solutions • Bonus: Have 1-2 years of technical experience in the production environment • Bonus: Possess experience with any of Docker, GoLang, AWS

Requirements

• Combine code understanding, deductive reasoning, and monitoring tools to trace problems • Have a strong understanding of Request/Response and REST web framework • Use logs, debuggers, and profiler tools effectively • Enjoy reading and understanding a codebase • Possess a strong understanding of React framework and/or Python (ideally Django) • Communicate with professionalism and write documentation • Naturally problem solve issues • Bonus: Have 1-2 years of technical experience in the production environment • Bonus: Possess experience with any of Docker, GoLang, AWS
