📋 Description

• We are looking for a dynamic creative professional to join our wonderful SASSO team as a graphic designer. • Position filled with brainstorming, design, concepting, strategy, big ideas, and production. • Engage in collaborating with the creative team, creating concepts, and developing visual solutions for various projects. • Conduct thorough research to understand each client’s industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. • Must be able to design in various styles and quickly adapt those styles throughout the day.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising is preferred • 3-5+ years of experience as a creative graphic designer (Agency experience preferred) • Ability to design while adhering to brand standards and collaborating with the agency creative team and client leaders • Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills • Strong interpersonal and communications skills • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge • Ability to work in a creative group environment • Comfortable with short development cycles and flexible with shifting priorities • Capability to work on simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines • Well-versed in building visual campaigns across multiple platforms and audience groups • Proven experience in print, social, ads, interactive, mobile, web • Illustration and drawing skills preferred • Proficient in Mac environment, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
