• Saviynt is an identity authority platform built to power and protect the world at work. • Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal HR Business Partner to support global sales and marketing departments. • Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to address HR needs and enhance employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred. • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on supporting sales and marketing functions. • Proven track record developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results. • Strong understanding of talent management principles, including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning. • Strong business acumen and communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues. • Experience working with global teams. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
