Description

• Support communities and the team by handling repetitive but essential tasks for smooth operations. • Focus on maintaining LinkedIn and email-based workflows, assisting in community management tasks, acquiring new members, and sparking engagement. • Specific tasks: contacting potential members via LinkedIn, sending invitations, responding to comments, reviewing interactions, scheduling posts, and maintaining the member database (CRM).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, e.g., as an (office) assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc. • Previous remote work experience, skilled with computers and the internet, and a fast and stable internet connection. • Speak and write English at a minimum C1 level, and are highly proficient in spelling and grammar. • Beneficial, but not mandatory, speak and write German at a minimum C1 level. • Fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile. • Reliable and work with great attention to detail. • Enjoy working under clear guidance, with established processes, and don't mind repetitive tasks. • Worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) before. • Willing to travel once or twice a year for potential company meetings.
