Description

• Support communities and team by handling repetitive essential tasks. • Maintain LinkedIn and email-based workflows. • Assist with community management tasks, particularly in acquiring new members. • Contact potential community members with pre-written messages via LinkedIn. • Send invitations to potential and existing community members via LinkedIn and email. • Respond to incoming LinkedIn comments using templates. • Review interactions with our content and contact potential members via LinkedIn. • Schedule posts on LinkedIn. • Maintain community member database (CRM).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, e.g., as an office assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc. • Previous remote work experience, skilled with computers and the internet. • Speak and write English at a minimum C1 level. • Beneficial: Speak and write German at a minimum C1 level. • Fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile. • Reliable and work with attention to detail. • Willing to travel once or twice a year for potential company meetings.
