ā¢ Support communities and team by handling repetitive tasks to ensure smooth operations. ā¢ Focus on LinkedIn and email-based workflows, assisting with community management tasks. ā¢ Contact potential community members, send invitations, respond to comments, and maintain member database.
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of professional experience, e.g., as an office assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc. ā¢ Previous remote work experience and good computer skills. ā¢ Fast and stable internet connection. ā¢ English proficiency at a minimum C1 level; beneficial to speak German C1 level. ā¢ Fully committed, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented. ā¢ Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel). ā¢ Willing to travel for company meetings once or twice a year.
