Requirements

ā€¢ Minimum 2 years of professional experience, e.g., as an office assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc. ā€¢ Previous remote work experience and good computer skills. ā€¢ Fast and stable internet connection. ā€¢ English proficiency at a minimum C1 level; beneficial to speak German C1 level. ā€¢ Fully committed, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented. ā€¢ Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel). ā€¢ Willing to travel for company meetings once or twice a year.
