• Support communities by handling repetitive but essential tasks. • Maintain LinkedIn and email-based workflows. • Assist with community management tasks to acquire new members and spark engagement. • Contact potential community members with pre-written messages via LinkedIn. • Send invitations to community members and respond to comments using templates. • Review interactions with content and contact potential members directly.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an (office) assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc. • Previous remote work experience. • Skilled with computers and the internet with a fast and stable internet connection. • Speak and write English at a minimum C1 level; German C1 is beneficial but not mandatory. • Fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile. • Reliable with great attention to detail. • Willing to travel once or twice a year for potential company meetings.
