• Support in acquiring new community members and organizing community events. • Preparing and following up on events, updating CRM, sending informational messages. • Responding to emails and LinkedIn messages using templates. • Maintaining community member database (CRM). • Supporting wherever needed.
• Several years of professional experience, e.g., as an (office) assistant, support staff, administrator, call center agent, etc. • Speak and write French and English at a minimum C1 level and are highly proficient in spelling and grammar. • Fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile. • Outstanding time management, can handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines. • Reliable and work with great attention to detail. • Enjoy working under clear guidance, with established processes, and don't mind repetitive tasks. • Previous remote work experience, skilled with computers and the internet, and have a fast and stable internet connection. • Worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) before. • Willing to travel once or twice a year for approximately week-long company meetings.
