Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, e.g., as an (office) assistant, support staff, customer support agent, etc. • Previous remote work experience. • Fast and stable internet connection. • Speak and write English at a minimum C1 level. • Highly proficient in spelling and grammar. • Beneficial but not mandatory: Speak and write German at a minimum C1 level. • Reliable, proactive, and high attention to detail. • Willing to travel once or twice a year for meetings. • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
