Description

• Support communities and team with community management tasks. • Handle repetitive tasks for smooth community operations. • Maintain LinkedIn and email-based workflows to acquire and engage members. • Contact potential members via LinkedIn with pre-written messages. • Schedule posts on LinkedIn and maintain member database (CRM).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an assistant, support staff, administrator, etc. • Previous remote work experience with computers and stable internet connection. • Fluent in English (C1) and beneficial to know German (C1). • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Willing to travel once or twice a year for meetings. • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
