Description

• Support our communities and team by handling essential tasks for smooth operations. • Maintain LinkedIn and email workflows assisting in community management and member engagement. • Contact potential members, respond to comments, and maintain member database (CRM).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an (office) assistant, support staff, administrator, customer support agent, call center agent, etc. • Previous remote work experience. • Skilled with computers and the internet. • Fast and stable internet connection. • Speak and write English at a minimum C1 level. • Highly proficient in spelling and grammar. • Beneficial but not mandatory: Speak and write German at a minimum C1 level. • Fully committed, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile. • Reliable and work with great attention to detail. • Enjoy working under clear guidance, with established processes, and don't mind repetitive tasks. • Worked with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel) before. • Willing to travel once or twice a year for potential company meetings.
