Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of a robust and scalable IT infrastructure, ensuring efficiency and alignment with rapid business growth. • Oversee the lifecycle of IT hardware and software for remote and on-site staff, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and licensing. • Provide advanced technical support for corporate systems, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. • Develop, enforce, and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to protect Sayari’s IT assets and data. • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR), and support security compliance efforts related to security questionnaires and security audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001). • Coordinate third-party security assessments and penetration tests, and manage the remediation of identified vulnerabilities. • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and auditors, ensuring they meet Sayari’s security standards. • Lead and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. • Automate routine IT tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Data, and Product) to align IT security with business objectives. • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT and security technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in Sayari’s IT infrastructure and security posture. • Triage security issues, providing recommended solutions and ensuring timely remediation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of prior experience in a systems administrator or similar roles managing IT infrastructure, operating systems (preferably MacOS and Linux), MDM tools (e.g., Kandji, Jamf), IT automation, and other web, email, endpoint, and network security technology. • Proficiency in SaaS backup solutions, least privilege corporate identity and access management, and virtual desktop infrastructure management. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. • Strong scripting skills (e.g., bash, Python, Go) with a strong desire to automate tasks. • Experience managing relationships across all internal departments and external third-parties including VARs, vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders. • Obsessive organization and documentation skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. • A track record of innovative problem-solving and the ability to propose creative IT and security solutions.
