Description

• Provide best-in-class claims experience through exceptional and timely resolution of claim files • Analyze, manage and resolve assigned claims while making coverage decisions consistent with internal best practices and insurance policy provisions • Operate independently, managing a high volume of daily claim assignments • Document claim files accurately and communicate coverage decisions clearly • Contribute your perspectives and ideas in team meetings to further refine claim processes and improvements • Provide ongoing support to the Claims team as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a customer service or high volume environment; bonus points if you have insurance or claims experience • An all-around team player who embraces change • Excels in critical thinking, decision making and written communication • Ability to work independently with exceptional time management • You feel at home using G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern workplace technology • Flexibility - We are disrupting an industry so changes to traditional processes should be expected • Adjuster’s license will be required; the candidate must be eligible to acquire a state adjuster’s license within 60 days of hire and maintain as specified for appropriate states.
