Description

• Build and support software products for the Department of Transportation • Ensure the safety of drivers and passengers on public roadways • Follow agile sprint-based development schedule • Unit test modules and assist the Test Team with testing • Document design decisions and maintain source code version control

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (CS) or related field • 2-8 years of work experience in software development or related field • 2+ years of writing object-oriented code in Java • 2+ years of building web applications or APIs • 2+ years of designing objects in relational databases (tables, views, stored procedures, indexes) • 2+ years of creating rich web application user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular/jQuery/TypeScript • Familiarity with AWS Cloud environments, AWS ECS, AWS RDS, and AWS MKS • Familiarity with at least one Object Relational Mapping (ORM) tool like Entity Framework • Familiarity with at least one source code version control tool
