Description
• Responsible for the "on site" management, operation, and regulatory compliance for all SBA sites. • Ensure safety and compliance inspections. • Manage relationships with Ground Owners. • Perform audits and maintain data about SBA's assets. • Manage safety by ensuring structural integrity and regulatory compliance. • Inform Area Operations Director of asset management issues. • Resolve and/or attempt to resolve all safety, regulatory, or operational issues on site. • Complete and submit accurate Tenant Installation Notices. • Manage the timely resolution of trouble tickets and contractors.
Requirements
• H.S.
