📋 Description
• Full-time remote Brewery Accounting Associate role at a firm supporting craft breweries. • Support day-to-day bookkeeping needs of brewery clients. • Process inbound invoices, receipts, credit memos, and banking transactions in QBO. • Participate in monthly close work and team meetings.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience as an Accounting Associate/Assistant, Bookkeeper or similar role. • Previous experience with bookkeeping, AP/AR, basic accounting and/or monthly reconciliation. • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com or other similar accounting software platforms. • Experience working effectively remotely. • Professional written and verbal communication skills. • Exacting organizational standards and a calm attitude. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software. • Proficiency with the full Google Suite of products. • Strong internet connection and a conducive work environment for video calls.
