📋 Description

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that are aligned with business objectives. • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement and favorable terms. • Oversee inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of product is available when needed. • Implement inventory control processes to minimize waste, reduce excess stock, and avoid shortages. • Coordinate and manage the logistics of product transportation and distribution. • Collaborate with production teams to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules. • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Lead and mentor the supply chain team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. • Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management. • Proficiency in supply chain management software , Blue Yonder, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Able to communicate effectively and lead others through change and new strategic initiatives. • Able to build effective teams, coach and develop others. • An individual who seizes opportunities and takes initiative as appropriate. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • High level of integrity and professionalism.
