Description

• Lead the optimization and enhancement of our system architecture while driving innovation in our tech stack. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and shape the technical roadmap. • Create software solutions through stakeholder collaboration, system analysis, and adherence to the development lifecycle. • Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, minimizing the need for extensive system overhauls.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS application development. • Possesses a curious mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and strong problem-solving abilities. • Extensive experience as a .NET developer, with a deep understanding of Azure services and cloud infrastructure. • Proficient in Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment processes. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to design and implement strategies for optimizing system performance and scalability. • Demonstrated expertise with Azure Data Factories, SQL Server, and Elastic Pools, managing large-scale data processes and storage solutions. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. • Capable of working autonomously, driving projects to completion while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and solutions. • Up-to-date knowledge of secure coding practices, ensuring system security and compliance with industry standards. • Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering growth and adherence to coding best practices.
